We are looking for staff for Business Development in French and Spanish speaking countries.
Business development staff comprise a number of techniques and responsibilities designed to create new customers and penetrate existing and strategic partnerships.
Such techniques include assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, generating leads for possible sales, advice, creation and enforcement of sales policies and processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to prospective Customers
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients such as social networking sites, Game media and online community sites.
- Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
- Work with team to achieve sales performance targets
- Manage the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- French and/or Spanish native speakers
- Understanding of either:
- Massive multiplayer online game
- Social networking Sites and Virtual Communities
- Online Forum moderators
- Video game industry
- Game Media
- A detailed knowledge of on line marketing i.e. Explain value of search and benefits in relation to other on line marketing
- Have broad experience and understand the marketing discipline including market research, product positioning, pricing, promotions, sales and distribution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independent, self-motivated and success driven, yet able and willing to take direction
- Minimum 2 year proven sales or business development experience in the creative industry.
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet clients needs.
